Store policy

– All items are COPY, NO TRANSFER, so there will be no refunds or exchanges.
– For double purchases you can send a notecard or IM to Senzati0n Domenitzo with both transaction details. You will receive a refund or another item, of the same value, at your choice.
– If you did not receive an item, try using the redelivery terminal at the mainstore, or else send a notecard or IM with transaction details to Senzati0n Domenitzo as well.

If you did not get an answer within a day, that means I have probably missed it. Please contact me again.
