General questions

1. Who can I contact for customer service?
For customer questions send a notecard or IM to Senzati0n Domenitzo.

2. I purchased an item and never received it.
Try to use the redelivery terminal in the mainstore. This works for items bought in-world as well as on the Marketplace.
Or else send a notecard or IM to Senzati0n Domenitzo.

3. I accidentally purchased the same item twice.
Please send a notecard or IM with both transaction details to Senzati0n Domenitzo. You will receive a refund, or another item of the same value, at your choice.
This only applies to double purchases made within 2 weeks.

4. I want a refund.
All items are COPY, NO TRANSFER, therefore no refunds will be given except for double purchases.
There are demos available which I encourage you to use to see if the item is to your liking.

5. There are no feet included in my purchase.
Essenz creates shoes that can only be worn with the Slink Avatar Enhancement Feet or the Maitreya body. Please refer to the vendor to see which feet are required for that type of shoe. A demo is available as well.
